I tell no lies when I say this,
I beg and plead for no signs of help or pity,
My fellow man,
What a dishonourable soul.
Foul player and foe
He coerces me forward towards this ledge,
Holding me dear,
And near to embrace him,
I stay afloat watching as he controls me,
Drawing from my body its confidence,
Though I am aware of his wrongful move,
A sneaky player,
With hidden intentions,
Soft are his cruel words, and
Friendly is his tongue in my mouth,
So what am I to do but play fool to love.
