Honest Hour

Though loneliness comes as an added extra to sadness it really took a toll on my health, both physically and mentally. 40% of people aged 16-24 feel lonely often or very often and although, it’s a big enough stat to remind yourself that you are not alone in this, yet that feeling of loneliness and feeling alone can quickly overwhelm you. As I myself experiences extreme low moods and loneliness, I beg you to take the advice I once took and speak up and out. Letting everyone know that it is OKAY not to be or feel OKAY.
